Live experimental cinema and music performance at the Swiss Cinematheque ont multiple 16mm projectors (5).
An electro-mechanical, sound and visual performance mixing loops, edited and re-edited segments of film, scratched and burned or color-saturated celluloid. Multi-projection is carried out by means of old 16mm projectors, whilst sounds are manipulated and distorted to be part of this interdisciplinary experience — which paradoxically celebrates the end of celluloid! This is cinema stretched to its limits.
